About Formula Stocks
Formula Stocks ApS is a Danish research company founded in 2003. The public product is a systematic equity research service: model portfolios, monthly trades, weekly suggestions, and AI Score reports that members can use as an input while they invest through their own broker.
The company is based at Ribelandevej 39, 6100 Haderslev, Denmark. Formula Stocks is an information provider, not an investment advisory service and not a registered investment adviser. It does not manage client funds, does not place trades for subscribers, and does not tell an individual customer which security they must buy or sell.
Development of the research models started in 2003. Independent third-party audits of live accounts following the strategies began in 2009. The current site publishes those observed results alongside longer backtests so visitors can see both the live record and the historical research context.
The strategy looks for high-quality businesses only when the current price still offers an attractive expected return. More than 200 internal models evaluate thousands of listed companies each month. Those models are combined into a single read so the decision is not dependent on one style factor.
People use Formula Stocks in three concrete ways: they mirror a model portfolio and copy the monthly trades; they review weekly suggestions as standalone ideas; or they use AI Score reports while constructing their own book.
