Everything you need.
Many investment products stop at research. They stocks to buy or share a portfolio of stocks, but it leaves the difficult part to the customer: how much to buy, how to balance positions, when to add, when to exit, and how much cash you should keep in reserve?
The Formula Stocks portfolio management strategy follows the restrictions of a real trading account with limited funds and no cash inflows. So if it has $0 available in cash, it cannot buy any new stocks until something else is sold or it receives a divident payment.
This also forces the system to consider the market as a whole, it knows when to capitalize on good opportunities, and when to save up more cash to weather potential downturns, and be ready to take advantage of undervalued opportunities.
No guess-work needed. The portfolio provides everything you need to mirror the holdings in your own brokerage account, holdings, percentage weights, how much to keep in cash etc.
Each holding has a visible % allocation, you can roughly match in your own account, no two accounts will match the percentages perfectly and that's not required.
Like any real account, the portfolio is cash-constrained and will keep cash on hand for new buying opportunities and hoard more cash when markets are overpriced to lower risk.
Portfolio and Trades work together, once the portfolio is mirrored once you can use trades to follow simple buy & sell signals with percentage weights to keep your portfolio in sync.
Best fit
Portfolio is the strongest Formula Stocks workflow if you want to follow a live model from current holdings through monthly execution. If you prefer more discretion, Formula Stocks also gives you ways to work from ideas or ratings instead.

Because transactions may or may not have been executed, results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of market liquidity or level of participation.
